1. Book Purchases
If books are purchased through third-party retailers (such as online bookstores), all refunds, returns, or exchanges are subject to the policies of those individual sellers.
Please refer directly to the retailer from whom the book was purchased.
2. Direct Purchases (If Applicable)
If books or merchandise are sold directly through this website:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
- To request a refund, please contact us through the website contact form with your order details.
3. Author Visit Bookings
For scheduled author visits:
- Cancellation policies will be outlined in the individual booking agreement.
- Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
